Basic Corrective/Beauty

Next in class we did basic corrective makeup. We started by putting on a coat of foundation with the colors in the kit that matched our skin tone. Then we put on some yellow stick for our dark spots and green sticks for our red spots. Here's my green and yellow stick before and after being blended. Then I put some additional foundation over those spots and powered my face to set everything.

Then, I drew in lines where I was going to contour with the eyebrow pencil, and filled in the lines with the color of the contour I was going to use. 

I added the highlight and then blended it all to look natural. 

Next up beauty! To start this I drew on some eyeliner. Then I shaped my brows and put on some red eyeshadow (powder eyeshadow is so much easier to use)!

Finally I added blush, a bright red lip, and a beauty mark to top it all off!!
